After she paid us, it appeared the transaction wasn't correct and I alerted her about it. We gave $489 worth of tickets while we were informing her how much was short to make the change ($89) into a $100 bill then proceeded to give $11 more. Fast forward to the end of the night, she wanted to cash in her winning tickets, we went to the cashier (her name was Monique) and she immediately has attitude from the get-go.
